Implementasi Program Penanggulangan TB Paru dengan Strategi Directly Observed Treatment Shortcourse di Puskesmas Panyabungan Jae Kabupaten Mandailing Natal

TB cases in Southeast Asia contribute 40% of the world's and causes highest mortality Indonesia. Panyabungan Jae Health Center (PJHC) itself has number Mandailing Natal Regency. This study, therefore, aimed to determine implementation Control Program with Directly Observed Treatment Shortcourse Strategy (DOTS) at PJHC.Qualitative methods descriptive approach was used for this research. In-depth interviews conducted 5 informants July 2020. The data were analyzed using reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing.The research found that communication between program officer DOTS strategy worked well PJHC as disposition, resources bureaucratic structures.
